• Shippido is designed for online sellers who want a full-service, flexible solution for cross-border e-commerce. Our services include warehousing, data parsing, product sync, and ready-to-sell store setups, making it easier to sell products.

How is Shippido helpful to sellers?

• Shippido simplifies the complexities of cross-border e-commerce by providing a comprehensive package. Sellers can choose specific services or a combination that best suits their needs. Whether it's logistics, data management, or a complete store setup, Shippido enables efficient product management and shipping.

What makes Shippido unique compared to other solutions?

• Shippido’s core advantage is flexibility: our services can be tailored to individual needs, and we cater to reselling -branded products that are often more reputable than generic goods. Unlike typical dropshipping models that rely on products from China, Shippido’s parsing service allows for unlimited product options from diverse global stores, helping sellers differentiate themselves with unique offerings and being in full conorl of the product data and offering.

 

Section 1: Product Sync Service

1. What is the Product Sync Service?

   • The Product Sync Service allows customers to retrieve product data from specified online stores. Data is provided in a CSV format, ready for upload to your eCommerce platform. The service has tiered plans (XS to XL), catering to different data volumes and update frequencies.

2. Is there a free plan for Product Sync?

   • No, all Product Sync services are offered under paid plans. You can choose between one-time data retrieval or continuous updates, depending on your needs.

3. What does each paid plan include?

   • Paid plans include regular updates for product deactivation, price changes, and other details, with data synchronization that keeps your products up to date. The plan size determines the volume of data available.

4. How is the cost determined?

   • Pricing is based on customer-defined product margins, applicable taxes, and product weight classifications, which are used to calculate shipping costs.

5. Who owns the parsed data?

   • Once you purchase the data via a one-time payment, you fully own the parsed data. Shippido retains ownership of the parsing algorithms and code, but you are free to use the data in any way you choose.

6. Is there a recurring fee for the Data Sync Service?

   • Yes, as long as you are using this service to keep your products up to date, we will bill you. You are free to stop it anytime.

7. What happens if I cancel my Product Sync plan?

   • If you cancel your paid plan, no further updates or synchronization will occur, but you will retain access to the latest CSV file provided.

 

 

Section 2: Data Parsing Service

1. What does the Data Parsing Service offer?

   • Shippido’s Data Parsing Service retrieves product data from specified online stores. The output data, including fields like product name, price, description, and images, is delivered in a customized output for you to edit and modify.

2. Do I need to use other Shippido services with Data Parsing?

   • No, the Data Parsing Service is standalone. You are not obligated to use our Product Sync or Store services but may choose to integrate them separately if desired.

3. Who owns the parsed data?

   • The data is fully owned by the client after a one-time payment for this service. Shippido retains ownership of the parsing algorithms, but you have full usage rights over the data provided.

4. Is there a recurring payment for the Data Parsing Service?

   • No, this is a one-time fee. There is no recurring payment unless you choose additional updates or other services like the Product Sync Service (see above) for ongoing data synchronization.

 

 

Section 3: Shop Solution

1. What is the Shop Solution Service?

   • Shippido provides a fully customized shop solution, tailored for cross-border e-commerce. It includes global shipping capabilities, customs warnings, and quantity adjustments to reflect data from the original store.

2. Can I add more products to the store?

   • Yes, you can add more products and categories from any store. To enhance the catalog, you will need to purchase the Data Parsing Service.

3. Is data synchronization included in the shop setup plan?

   • No, synchronization is not included. If you need regular updates to product data, you must purchase the Product Sync Service separately.

4. Is the Shop Solution fee monthly and what does it include?

   • Yes, it contains a one time set up fee, and is monthly. It includes hosting, ready to use international Payment gateway and a ready to use design template. For modifications, design changes, categories and other customizations, we will charge extra.

5. Do I own the rented Shopify Solution?

   • No, the Shop Solution is a marketplace concept, where customers make use of the existing ready to use infrastructure.

6. Can I buy the solution to own it and run my own separate Shop Solution?

   • Yes, with shopify and our partners we can set up your store and transfer complete ownership. The costs will be individually negotiated based on your use case.

7. I have already a Shop or running my Brand, how can I use your service?

   • We can help you sell globally with minimal investments and overcoming obstacles like language, currency and shipping. We crawl your page and place your products for an international audience. We ensure your store keeps in sync with your main store. In case you do not have a shipping solution in place for international customers, you can utilize our partner network to reach a global audience. You will save a lot of cost and time with our solution.

8. I am an influencer or marketer, why should I use your service?

   • Instead of being an affiliate marketer sending your followers to another website and brand, we offer you the option to build your own brand and send your traffic to your own site to build a longlasting brand and customer relation. You can pick any products of your choise and arrange a cooperation with brands and shops. We provide the platform, where the brand and shops can sell the products you select, they will handle the operational part while you earn comission and build your brand and control your site content. With us, you can run an international marketplace tailored to your audience.
